Sturminster Marshall, Dorset: Counterpart of lease for rectory

Counterpart of lease upon the surrender of his former lease and for £495 13s 8d, by the Provost and the College, to Charles Osborn, gentleman, of the rectory of Sturminster Marshall (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall) for ten years from 6 April last, subject to the remainder of William Churchill's lease. Rent £20 and 1080 gallons of wheat and 1440 gallons of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market, together with an additional rent of £27 9s 8½d, which is the amount of the redeemed land tax.
