Witnesses: John de Wyke, John Hardying, mayor of the borough, Robert de Fouente, John de Haselmer, Adam Mawduyt, Alan de Caneforde, Tristram Stapelforde, King's bailiff of the borough, and others. Shaston.
Seal, round, 22mm, yellow wax, on doubled tag, defaced. ? a falcon.
