Shaftesbury, Dorset: Grant of tenement

Grant by William Stone, of Shaftesbury, to John Sparke, Robert Dale, clerks, Thomas Fitzjames, John Fitzjames, junior, and Thomas Husey, junior, gentilmen, of a tenement with curtilage adjacent in the parish of Holy Trinity in the borough of Shaftesbury lying between the tenement of Peter Bannfeld, esquire, which William Farcy alias Goldsmyth now holds on the south and a tenement of the commonalty of the borough in which Robert Wilkyns lives on the north, which the said William Stone lately had of the grant of Reginals Stourton, knight, and Margaret his wife; (see ECR 02 116).
And appointment of William Gilbert, gentilman, and William Whitehed, clerk, as his attorneys to deliver seisin.
Witnesses: William Mathewe, mayor, John Wykes and Robert Wilkyns, constables, William Broun, deputy of Richard Balteswell chaplain in the office of King's bailiff of the said borough, Walter Thorner and others. Shaftesbury.
