Charles Fytzwater, from Pudel, to the right worshipful Mr Day, provost of Eton 'to let you understand that by messuages and barnes I receyved fyve markes from you good woorship and therewith thinke myself sufficiently satisfied and contented for my gowne wich I was glad to sell for many causes as I have partly shewed you byfore'. He desires the provost to be good to 'youre scholler Stanley'
