Warranty clause. Witnesses: Jordan de Aqua, John de Somerford, Richard de Sterkelegh, Alexander de Somerford, William de Knalbewelle, Hugh Roylly, Roger de Pekingehulle, John de Clatford, Gilbert Franceys and others. Some wording and spelling variations.
