Quitclaim by Roger de Pekinghull to Averedo son of Roger Wonsum and Alice his sister of all his right in a house and 2.5 acres of land in Hullavington, described. Witnesses: Henry de Cerne, Hugh Royly, Thomas Royly, Mathew Royly, Gilbert le Fraunceys, Richard Baylemond, John Huberd and others. Dated Saturday after the feast of St Agnes in 17th year of Edward son of Henry.
