Grant by Richard le Frensche, son and heir of Gilbert le Frensch, and Isabella his wife, to Nicholas de Pekyngehulle and Roger de Pekyngehull his brother, of their tenement in Hullavington, with 2 virgates of land. Rent of 11s to the Prior and 1d for services. Consideration: 20 marks. Warranty clause. After the death of Nicholas and Roger it will revert back to Richard and Isabella.
