Rent of 11s to the Prior and 1d for services. Consideration: 20 marks. Warranty clause. After the death of Nicholas and Roger it will revert back to Richard and Isabella. Witnesses: Thomas de Pedeworth, Roger Hasard, Walter de Rysum, John Gylote, Simon de Forde, Reginald de Bradefelde, Reginald Royli, John de Clatford, Roger Royli and others.
