Surrender by Michael Clarel, prior of Hullavington, to John le Smith and Agnes his wife of all lands and tenements recently held by John Canon, first husband of the said Agnes, in Hullavington, for their lives. Rent 5s 1d. With quitclaim. Consideration: 100s and a moiety of all goods and chattels which John Canon had at the time of his death. Witnesses: Thomas Dru, John Stuyr, Richard Fizour, Thomas Gyngel, Thomas Coleware and others.
