Commitment by William, abbot of St Victor-en-Caux, for the lifetime of the said abbot, to brother Nicholas Lalouyer, prior of Clatford, of the care, rule and administration of the priory of Clatford. He has full confidence in Lalouyer's industry, faithfulness, ability and obedience. Enacted at Rouen about the hour of prime. Witnesses: Philip Lalouyer, priest in charge of the parish church of Noione supra Andelam, and William de Valle. Mark and witnessing clause of Robert Crasoisel, priest, notary public, who wrote the deed.
