Copy of indenture between William Day provost and Robert Warde, clerk, vicar of Hullavington, on one part and John Hamlyn of Cerenden, co. Wilts, esq. on the other, appointing arbitrators to settle matters in dispute between them, i.e. the half yard of land claimed by the former and the vicar's duty to the chapel of Serenden claimed by the latter.
