Hullavington, Wiltshire: Counterpart of lease of manor

Counterpart of lease, upon surrender of a former lease, by the Provost and Fellows to Thomas Ivie, of Hullavington, gent., Elizabeth Huntley, daughter of George Huntley, of Boxwell, co. Glouc., esq, and Philip Francklyn of Marlborough, co. Wilts., gent., of the manor rectory and parsonage of Hullavington, with its appurtenances there and in the helmet of Broadefeild, except the advowson of the vicarage of Hullavington. To hold for their lives in suvivorship from Michaelmas last. Rent 40 marks and 20 marks in rent corn viz. 10 quaters of wheat and 40 quaters of malt or their money equivalent at the current rate of the Windsor market. The lessees to provide accommodation for the lessors and their horses for two days and three nights every year.
