Counterpart of lease upon surrender of a former lease, by the Provost and Fellows to George Ivie, of Hullavington, esquire, of the manor rectory and parsonage of Hullavington, with its appurtenances there and in the helmet of Broadefeild, except the advowson of the vicarage of Hullavington, for twenty one years from Michaelmas last. Rent 40 marks and 20 marks in rent corn viz. 6 quarters 2 bushels of wheat at 6/8d the quarter and 45 quarters of malt at 5/- the quarter of their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market.
