Counterpart of lease, upon surrender of former lease, of the manor rectory and parsonage of Hullavington, with its appurtenances there and in the helmet of Broadefeild, except the advowson of the vicarage of Hullavington by the Provost and Fellows to Robert John Buxton, of Shadwell Lodge, co. Norfolk, esquire, nephews and heir of John Jacob, late of Tottenham co. Wilts, esquire, deceased, of the same, for 20 years from the 10 October last. Rent 40 marks and 450 gallons of wheat and 3240 gallons of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market.
