Hullavington, Wiltshire: Counterpart lease of manor

Counterpart lease, upon surrender of former lease, of the manor rectory and parsonage of Hullavington, with its appurtenances there and in the helmet of Broadefeild, except the advowson of the vicarage of Hullavington, by the Provost and Fellows to Sir Robert John Buxton, bart of the same, for 20 years from 10 October last. Rent 40 marks and 450 gallons of wheat and 3240 gallons of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market, together with an additional rent of £48 0s 1d in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
