Content description
Confirmation by William de Sancto Stephano to the church of St Andrew of Stokes of the grants of his ancestors viz. the tithes of his domain of Aure, together with the tithe of nine acres there which he has not hitherto paid. The monks are to take the services in his chapel of Aure at the four chief feasts and shall often have the oblations of the same. For the rest of the year, with their consent, he shall have a chaplain there.
