Memorandum of inhibition to the prior of Dorchester by E. dean of Wells, appointed judge by O., cardinal of St Adrian and legate of the apostolic see, by mandate (recited) of 16 August 1267, in a cause between the priory of Stokecurcy [Stogursey] and Simon le Bret, rector of the church of Samford [Sampford Brett], concerning a pension from the same, not to proceed further on the appeal of the said Simon, who had obtained that the case should be heard by the said prior of Dorchester.
