Counterpart indenture of lease for their lives by Thomas, prior of Stokecurcy, to John Caiser, Matilda, his wife, and Sarah, their firstborn, of a messuage and croft of arable adjacent lying between the land of John Monketon on the west and the town cemetery on the east, and a curtilage lying next Hurpelane called Fremantel and a way lying from the said curtilage to the croft sometime of Walter Malpaut extending to the eastern part of the croft and called Hurpelane, and eight acres of arable which Andrew Lanleis had of the feoffment of the abbey of Lonlay called Cokeslond lying between the King's way which leads towards Bruges [Bridgewater] on the south and the land of Thomas atte Crosse on the north. Yearly rent of 4d silver.
