Indenture of lease by the Provost and College to William Welshawe of the site of the manor or priory of Stokegurcy with all its appurtenances, including the pensions of the following churches viz. Wotton Courteney [Wootton Courtney] 10s, Samford 7s, Westcantokhed [West Quantoxhead] 7s, Seleworthy [Selworthy] 20s, Holford 3s, and 10s rent from the land late of the lord of Hungreford [Hungerford]; except advowsons of churches and vicarages, woods, profits of courts, etc. From Michaelmas next for twenty years. Rent £55.
