Indenture of lease by Richard Mountague, B.D., parson of Wotton Courtney, to Richard Worth, of Tymberscombe [Timbescombe], gentleman, of the same, of a messuage in Wootton Courtney called Hunteshame alias Huntshame with 24 acres of arable on the north of the highway leading to Dunster, and 16 on the south of the same, three closes containing 7 acres and the herbage of a parcel of ground called Southwood containing 2 acres, for 21 years at 40s.
