Counterpart lease upon surrender of a lease to Henry Swymmer, James Laroche, Christoper Willoughby, Samuel Munkley and Edward Wilcocks, since deceased, by the Provost and college to the said Henry, James, Christopher and Samuel, of the site of the manor or priory, with rents from churches, for 20 years from Michaelmas last. Rent £51 13s 4d, and 15 quarters of malt or their money value, and 4 steers.
