Indenture of lease upon surrender of a lease to Samuel Munckley, Edward Brice and William Jones, of Bristol, merchants, by the Provost and college to Samuel Munckley, Edward Brice and Charles Joseph Harford, of Bristol, esquires, of the site of the manor or priory, with rents from churches, for 20 years from Michaelmas last. Rent £51 13s 4d, and 1080 gallons of malt, and 4 steers.
