Indenture of lease upon surrender of a lease to Samuel Munckley, Edward Brice and Charles Joseph Harford, of Bristol, esquires, by the Provost and college to Edward Brice, Charles Joseph Harford and Thomas Hill, of Bristol, esquires, of the site of the manor or priory, with rents from churches, for 20 years from Michaelmas last. Rent £34 8s 10d, and 864 gallons of wheat and 1889 gallons and one quart of malt, and 4 steers.
