Counterpart lease for £950 upon surrender of a lease to Thomas Daniel, George Gibbs and Philip Protheroe, members of the Society of Merchant Venturers of Bristol, by the Provost and college to Philip Protheroe, esquire, Peter Maye, the younger, esquire, and Francis Savage, esquire, members of the Society of Merchant Venturers of Bristol, of the site of the manor or priory, with rents from churches, for 20 years from Michaelmas last. Rent £34 8s 10d, and 864 gallons of wheat and 1889 gallons and one quart of malt, and 4 steers, with an additional £29 1s 9d in consideration of the Redemption of Land Tax. Signatures of lessees.
