Finally on 3 May 1633 Mr Weaver, a fellow of the College, attended the Lord Keeper at Durham House in the Strand, who after examining the relevant document declared that the patronage belonged to the College and that Queen Elizabeth presented George Morris by virtue of her Prerogative and not as Patron.
