Exchange between Hugh de Gournay and the monks of Bec of all the tithes they had in the ferry and mills and furnaces of Gournay and in all rents which came to his hand from the honour of Gournay at the time of the making of this charter. And all tithes they had in the ferry and the furnace of Gaillefontaine and in all rents which came to his hand from the honour of Gaillefontaine. And all tithes they had in his forests and woods in money, in oats, in hens and in all other tithes whatever in Bray from which rents at that time came to his hand. And whatever they had in Bremontier in the church and in all appurtenances in messuage, in demesne, in meadow, in orchard and in all things they had in the same town. And the tithe they had in [Beauvoir] and all their tithe of Merval with the portion which the chamberlain had there. And whatever they had in his town of Elbeuf in the church, in the tithes and rents and a moiety at Landencourt with all appurtenances. For the foregoing the said Hugh was given in exchange his manor of Bledlow in England free and quit of all custom and service with all right and lordship and power which he had therein and with all appurtenances in men, rents, waters, mills, meadows, pastures, wood, plain, grove, lands and all other things and rents whatever. Except the fee of Odo of Braimostier and the fee of the son of John de Turre and a certain mill which he had given to Simon Hochede for his service.
