Indenture of lease, upon surrender of a lease to William Badcock, by the Provost and College to Richard Lovell Badcock of Twickenham, co. Middlesex, esquire of the chapel and chapel house with the backside containing half an acre, Bledlow ridge; a house and close in Bledlow, an acre in the south field and headland there and the church house in Bledlow. For 20 years. Rent 4s 4d and 1 bushel 1 peck and 1 gallon of wheat and 2 bushels of malt.
