Counterpart of lease, upon surrender of a lease to Lovell Badcock, now deceased, by the Provost and College, to Rev. Benjamin Anderson, of Penn, clerk, and Thomas Spiers, of Thame, esquire, executors of the will of the said Badcock, of Bledlow demesnes with all coppices and the site of the manor etc. For 20 years. Rent £5 and 1152 gallons of malt and 216 gallons of wheat and 20 sheep and £20.
