Indenture of lease for their lives in survivorship by William, prior of Bekeford and Colsteword, to Hugh Belle of Grantham and Yda, his wife, of two messuages in Houcgton [Hocton] by Grantham viz. that messuages which was John Colgrym's lying between the messuage sometime of William de York and the messuage of William son of Ralph of Grantham and extending from the road leading from Houcgton church to the grange of Houcgton straight to the water called Wythym [Witham], and the other messuage lying between the messuage of the house of St Katherine outside Lincoln on each side and extending from the King's way to the path leading to Little Panton [Ponton]. Rent 5s silver.
