Grant by Will. de Farnham to Tho. Pistor of Eton, for his service and 6½ marcs, of a messuage in the vill of Etone [Eton] between a messuage of Ric. de Bouetone and a messuage of Tho. Rotur, extending from the King's way which leads through the midst of the vill of Eton to a garden of said Thomas Rotur, at a rent to the chief lord of 8d. Witnesses: Joh. Pistor, Tho. Rotur, Rog. de Etone, Ad. de Burkhamstede, Ric. de Stoke, Will. Clauering [Clavering], Hugo Clauering [Clavering], Ric. clericus. Given at Eton, Thursday after S.S. Peter and Paul 23 Edward I.
