Grant by Tho. Pistor of Eton to Hugo de Porta and Beatrix his wife, for their service and 8 marcs, of a messuage in the vill of Etone [Eton], between a messuage of Ric. de Bouetone and a messuage of Tho. Rotur, extending from the King's way which leads through the midst of the vill of Eton to a garden of said Thomas Rotur, at a rent to the chief lord of 8d. Witnesses: Joh. Pistor, Tho. Roter, Nich. le Kelp, Ad. de Berkhamstede, Hugo Clauering [Clavering], Ric. de Stok., Nich. clericus. Given at Windsor, Sunday after St Matthias 24 Edward I.
