Witnesses: Simon de Goldeburg, Tho. Roter, Nich. Iue, Ric. de Stok., Rog. de Eton, Hen. Halioc, Joh. Osegod. Given at Eton, Tuesday eve of St Thomas the Apostle, 35 Edward I.
