Lucas of Cippenham and Agnes his wife to Adam clericus de Rikemareswrethe and Golda his wife, in tail, of a piece of a messuage in the vill of Eton, between a mesuage of said Golda on the south and a messuage of Matilia filia Roisia le Chapman to the King's way and containing 5 perches by 12 1/3 ft. Remainder to the heirs of said Adam. Witnesses: Tho. le Roter, Nich. Andree, Will. Clauering [Clavering], three others. Given at Eton, Saturday before St Dunstan 9 Edward II.
