Quitclaim by Christina daughter of the late Hugo Atte Gate of New Windsor, in her free maidenhead, to Will. Rolf of Eton and Margeria his wife of a rent to 17d which she used to receive of Alicia, late wife of Alex. le Porter, and Sibilia, daugher of the late Henr. Halioc, for a messuage and croft held by said Alice in Eton, between lands of Rog. de Etone and Ol. de Burdeux, extending from the King's way to land of the Rector of Eton church, and for ½ acre on the cultura called Aueneye, between lands of Beat. atte Gate and land late of Hen. Halioc. Witnesses: Nich. Andre, Tho. Roter, Will. Clauering [Clavering], four others. Given at New Windsor, Sunday before St Michael 11 Edward II.
