Quitclaim by Peter Brumpton of New Windsor to John de Nouo Castro [New Windsor], tinctor, of 13d rent which he used to receive from a piece of land in Eton near Windsor, between lands of grantee and Nicholas Chesewyk. Grantee is to pay a rose instead.
