Lease by John de Brocaz [Brocas], miles, to Robert le Scheperde and Matillidis his wife, for their lives, of 1 acre of land in Eton, in le Northfeld, at le Wyke, between lands of said Robert on both sides, extending from land of Alicia Knyf to a lane called Joiebaltesland at a rent of 6d. Witnesses: John Jourdelay, Guydo Goldeburgh, Nicholas Medeforde, two others. Given at Eton 8 May 30 Edward III.
