Lease for life by John Jourdelay of Eton, co. Bucks, near Windsor, to dom. John Brocas, miles, of the first crop of hay on a meadow in Eton between the Thames and land called Abyndonescroft, and between land of lessor and the ditch which includes the meadow and croft. Witnesses: dom. William de Stratton, miles, William Louel, Nicholas Newenham, Nicholas Medeforde, John Knyztt. Given at Eton, Purification of the Blessed Virgin 39 Edward III.
