Grant by Philippus Carpenter of Eton to John Russell and Agnes his wife of a curtilage in Eton, between a messuage of Peter Eltham on the north and a toft late of dom. William de Stratton, miles, on the south, extending from the King's way leading through the middle of Eton on the west and to land of said Sir William and a pasture late of Guydo de Goldeburgh on the east. Witnesses: John Jurdelay [Jourdelay], Henry Jurdelay, Thomas Carpenter, William Fleaccher, John Knyzt. Given at Eton, St Peter and St Paul, 6 Richard II.
