Grant by Richard Knyt of Eton to John Spraket and Isabella his wife of the same of ½ acre and 3 roods of arable in the fields of Eton, viz, ½ acre in le Southfeld between land of Alicia Chapman on the west and land of the rectory of Eton on the east extending to the King's way leading to Maidenhead on the north and land of William Stratton on the south, 3 roods at Stonhull between land of William Stratton on the west and land of the lord of Undercumbe on the east extending from Bradmere on the north to a meadow called Ynnyngmed on the south. Witnesses: John Jurdelay [Jourdelay], Laur. Colyer, Alanus Jurdelay, William Openore, William Spraget. Given at Eton, Friday St Barnabas, 12 Richard II.
