Feoffment by John Jurdelay [Jourdelay] of Eton to Henry Jurdelay, William Spragat, Thomas Chesewyk, John Smyth, Richard Schepard, John Schepart and John Jurdelay, junior, of two cottages and two half acres of arable, viz. two cottages in the town of Eton between the King's way and land late of Guydo Goldeborow extending from a bridge called Baldewynebrug [Baldwin's Bridge] to a messuage of William Huntte, ½ acre in Mydfurlong next land of Henry Jurdelay, ½ acre in Lanfurlong next land of the lord of Underkumbe; also annual rents of 5s 6d viz, 2s 2d from a messuage late of Nicholas Chesewyk in le Myllelane, 13d from a piece of land late of Juliana Zunge between messuages late of Thomas Rotour, 13d from a messuage late of William Osgod between land late of Guydo Goldeborow and land late of William Stratton, 14d from a messuage late of William Deye, now held by William Kyng.
