Condition of a feoffment by John Jourdelay senior to Bern. Brocas, miles, and Katerina his wife of a pension of £10 charged upon all his lands in Eton and Heggele [Hedgerley] viz, the pension to be void so long as the grantees are not molested in possession of lands etc. in Eton, Boveney and Dorney, co. Bucks, enfeoffed to them by the grantor, by reason of any title to the lands acquired by grantor of John Brocas, miles grantee's father. Witnesses: John Lousel, Robert Answorthe, Simon Say, Thomas Fairfeld. Given at Eton, Wednesday after Assumption, 15 Richard II.
