Feoffment by Margareta Simond, in her free widowhood, to dom. William Dole, canon of the King's free chapel of Windsor, and John Temby of a messuage in Eton, between land late of William Rolf on the east, and the King's way on the west, land of William Rolf on the south and a lane leading to the rectory on the north. Witnesses: Adam Pope, William atte Hetthe, Richard Schephare, Henry Smyth, Richard Knyght. Given at Eton, 16 May, 17 Richard II.
