Grant by Robert Webbe of Eton and Johanna his wife to Peter Tebaude of the same messuage and garden between lands of John Sprakeat on the north and Roger Marche on the south extending from the King's way leading through the middle of the town of Eton on the east to a ditch called Casteldych. Witnesses: Henry Jourdelay, John Jourdelay, William Spraket, William atte Hethe. Given at Eton, Sunday before St Gregory, 22 Richard II.
