Grant by Peter Tebaude of Eton to John Ynggolf of the same of a messuage and garden in Eton between lands of John Sprakat on the north and Roger Marche on the south extending from the King’s way leading through the middle of the town of Eton on the east to a ditch called Casteldych on the west. Witnesses: Henry Jourdelay, John Jourdelay, Richard Bocher, William Sprakat, John Deyzer. Given at Eton, Sunday before Nativity St John Baptist, 2 Henry IV
