Grant by Walter Taylour of Eton, near Windsor, and Margareta his wife to John Hynderlyng, deyghere, of the same, of a cottage in the parish of Eton between grantor’s cottage on the north and the King’s way leading from Baldewynesbrugg [Baldwin's Bridge] to Eton rectory on the south abutting at one end on the King’s way leading through the middle of the town and at the other cornerwise on the said King’s way leading to the rectory. Witnesses: John Jourdelay, William Flecchere, Steph. Bowyere, William Openore, John Smyth, Alanus Jourdelay, Henry Amoreys. Given at Eton, Wednesday St Mark, 4 Henry IV
