Feoffment by John Ynggolf of Eton to Walter Wythmay and Richard Bocher of the same of a messuage and garden in Eton between land of John Spraket on the north and land of Roger Marche on the south extending from the King’s way leading throught the middle of the town in the east to a ditch called Casteldyk. Witnesses: Henry Jourdelay, John Jourdelay, Henry Smyth, William Spraket. Given at Eton, Wednesday before St Phillip and St James, 5 Henry IV.
