Condition of feoffment made by Henry Jurdelay [Jourdelay] of Eton, co. Bucks to Henry Stoke of a tenement and curtilage in the vill of Eton for feoffor’s life: the feoffee is to hold the premises and all other the feoffor’s lands etc in the town and parish of Eton in perpetuity, but the feoffment is to be void if the feoffee fail to pay 5 marcs annually during the feoffor’s life at the church of St Mary Overy, Southwark, or if he allege payment or produce an acquittance dated elsewhere. 1 March, 7 Henry IV
