Grant by John Jourdelay of Eton, co. Bucks, to John Hunte and Agnes his wife of a messuage in Eton between a garden of Margeria Knyfe on the south and a messuage of William Spraket, late of Gunnora Knyfe on the north extending from the King's way to a meadow of said William: also 10d rents, viz 3d from William Spraket for a messuage late of said Gunnora, 1d from the same for a piece of meadow late of Richard Doke, 6d from a messuage late of William Kyng. Witnesses: John Dyere, Richard Bocher, William Spraket, John Spraket, Hugo Aylwyne, William Page, William atte Hethe. Given at Eton, 10 December 13 Henry IV.
