Feoffment by John Horne, senior, of new Windsor, taylour, to Robert Babthorp, miles, and John Clere, of a messuage and garden in Eton between a tenement of Nicholas Halle on the north and a tenement of John Sprakett on the south extending from the King's way leading through the middle of Eton on the west to a ditch of Nicholas Whaddon on the east. Witnesses: John Dyere, John Sprakett, Hugo Dyere, William Sprakett, John Jurdelay [Jourdelay, Henry Roule. Given at Eton, 10 May, 10 Henry V.
