Quitclaim by John Page of New Windsor to William Spraket of Eton, co. Bucks, flecchere, of lands etc, in the town and parish of Eton, enfeoffed to him, jointly with John Spraket senior, now deceased, by William Spraket father of the grantee, excepting one cottage in Eton, nearest to the messuage of John Hunte, given to John Spraket junior, by himself and his cofeoffee. Witnesses: John Jurdelay [Jourdelay], John Hynderlyng, Hugo Deyere, William Page, John Hunte, John Meyr, Thomas Ouere. Given at Eton, 10 February 2 Henry VI.
