Grant by Isabella Wygge, dwelling at Westminster, late wife of Richard Wygge, deceased, in her free widowhood, to Richard Claveryng, citizen and chandler of London, of a messuage and curtilage in Eton near Windsor, between a messuage late of William Symond and a messuage late of Peter Eltham, extending from the King's way leading through the middle of Eton to a lane leading to Eton rectory, enfeoffed to her jointly with her late husband by Stepf. Chaux of Eton and Juliana his wife. Witnesses: Richard Chippenham, cissor, John Mount, cultellarius, Thomas Brygge, piscenarius, John Welton, grocerius, William Culver, candellarius, citizens of London. Given at London, 6 September, 5 Henry VI.
